NOT LIMITED TO, NON PERFORMANCE RESULTING FROM BANKRUPTCY, REORGANIZATION, INSOLVENCY,

DAMAGES TO SUCH PARTIES OR ANY OTHER PARTY.
If, notwithstanding the foregoing, SHALL PET EXPERIENCE  TRAVEL SERVICES. or any third party provider
or distributor should be found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or is in any way
connected with any of the above described functions or uses of this site or its content, the liability of PET
EXPERIENCE TRAVEL SERVICES  and the third party providers and distributors shall in no event exceed,
in the aggregate, the greater of (a) any subscription fee and service charge for accessing this site, or (b)
US$100.00. In its sole discretion, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to PET EXPERIENCE
TRAVEL SERVICES  and without any liability whatsoever, PET EXPERIENCE TRAVEL SERVICES  at any time
and without notice may terminate or restrict your access to any component of this site. Some states do

PET EXPERIENCE TRAVEL SERVICES  assumes no responsibility for overbooking, cancellation or delays
for hotels, airlines, car rentals, or cruises.
Travelers who use the Web Site, assume full responsibility for, and hereby release PET EXPERIENCE
TRAVEL SERVICES  from any duty of checking or verifying any passport, visa, vaccination or other entry
requirements for chosen destinations. Travelers are also fully responsible for verifying all safety and
security conditions for each destination. You agree that PET EXPERIENCE TRAVEL SERVICES  is not
responsible for any potential risks and hazards associated with travel to destinations listed on the Web

responsibility for standards of hygiene, cuisine, sanitation, medical treatment or telecommunications

INSURANCE. Travelers should consider obtaining travel insurance from a licensed insurer. All incidents
of damaged, lost, or stolen luggage should be reported in writing directly to your insurance company.
Content that refers to transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurants and other services, is the
property of, and is supplied by independent suppliers who are not under our control. PET EXPERIENCE
TRAVEL SERVICES  does not verify, and does not guarantee, the accuracy of the information that we
receive from third party vendors, including suppliers of transportation and accommodations. All
information, property description, images, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
and your password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or
password. You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to create binding legal

irreparable, the exact amount of which would be difficult to ascertain and for which there will be no
adequate remedy at law. Accordingly, you agree that PET EXPERIENCE TRAVEL SERVICES  shall be entitled
as a matter of right to an injunction issued by any court of competent jurisdiction, restraining such
violation or attempted violation of these terms and conditions by you, or your affiliates, partners, or
agents, as well as recover from you any and all costs and expenses sustained or incurred in obtaining
such an injunction, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees. You agree that no bond or
other security shall be required in connection with such injunction.
If PET EXPERIENCE TRAVEL SERVICES  or its affiliates take any action to enforce this Use Agreement and
these terms and conditions, such parties will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all
reasonable and necessary attorney's fees and any cost of litigation, in addition to any other relief, at law
or in equity, to which such parties may be entitled.
Some Content on the Web Site is subject to United States Export Controls. No Content from the Web Site
may be downloaded or otherwise exported or re-exported (1) into (or to a national or resident) of Iran,
Iraq, Syria, North Korea, Libya, Angola, Myanmar (Burma), Sudan, or any other country that the United
States has embargoed goods or (2) to anyone on the United States Treasury Department's list of Specially
Designated Nationals or the Department of Commerce's Table of Deny Orders. By downloading the
